Hi, my name is Anoushna, and I am a UX Designer with a passion for creating meaningful, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences. I am currently a junior at Cornell University, majoring in Information Science with concentrations in UX Design and Data Analysis. I am also pursuing minors in Design and Environmental Analysis, as well as Design Innovation and Strategy.
MY STORY
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been drawn to design — especially in the digital realm, where creativity and functionality intersect. Living in an increasingly digital society, I’ve always been fascinated by how design shapes the way we interact with technology. I constantly analyze the apps, websites, and tools I use, identifying areas for improvement and brainstorming ways to make them better.
At Cornell, I am exploring design across disciplines, improving my skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. My coursework in Environmental Analysis and Design has deepened my understanding of systems thinking, allowing me to approach design challenges strategically and holistically. Balancing creative and analytical perspectives, I enjoy creating thoughtful solutions that enhance user experiences and address complex problems.
To me, UX design is about more than aesthetics — it’s about making life easier, more enjoyable, and more efficient through intentional design. Whether it’s refining a mobile app or reimagining a digital product, I enjoy finding innovative ways to solve problems and improve the way we interact with the world. I’m excited to continue growing as a designer and contributing to the ever-evolving field of UX design.
